Many Christians approach the new year in hopes that God will begin a new thing. And though He loves to begin new things, let’s not forget that He who already began a good work in you is faithful to COMPLETE what He already started!
“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it.” Philippians 1:6
No matter how much time may have gone by, know that God has not forgotten about those things He has already spoken to you. And He is faithful to COMPLETE what He has already started in your life, regardless of whether or not the calendar year has changed.
Though God may truly begin a new thing (which He loves to do), don’t miss out on the fulfillment of those things God has already started in your life.
Keep moving forward in faith and finish strong . . . all the way to the completed end!
